We understand that, sometimes, plans change. If you can no longer make it to a Online class or workshop, please email us in advance at support@vivantait.com. Refunds will be made as per the policies mentioned below. We strive to maintain the highest standards of quality and as with everything we do at Vivanta IT Labs, you get a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

Thank you for buying our courses. We want to make sure that our users have a rewarding experience while they are discovering information, assessing, and purchasing our training courses, whether it may be for online or classroom training courses.

As with any online purchase experience, the below are the terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a training course on the Vivanta IT Lab website you agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of use policy and the points below.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS: ONLINE and CLASSROOM LEARNING

Vivanta IT Labs, reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event because of instructor illness or force-majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, pandemic situation like COVID19, etc.)

  • The refund request will not be accepted if you have attended the online classroom training for more than 1 day’s session or have accessed / downloaded course material from the learning portal.
  • No refund will be provided on discounted courses.
  • No refund will be provided for the academic institute tie up courses.
  • If the delegate doesn’t turn up on the given schedule then no refund will be provided.
  • Raise refund request within 5 days of commencement of the first session. Any refund request beyond 5 days of purchasing the course will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.
  • In the case of refund, taxes amount will not be refunded.
  • If the learners wants to re-attended the online instructor led classes for the purchased course and if their no availability of the batch in near future then in that case maximum refund applicable will be 10% of the total amount paid.
  • If due to any technical reason learners are not able to access the self-paced videos or class recordings and already attended the complete course through instructor led online classes then in that case no refund is applicable or a can be provided with a voucher for the amount equivalent of the 10% amount paid by the learner at the time of enrollment.
  • However, once you have attended more than two hours of the workshop, you will not be eligible for any refund.
  • Transaction fees charged would be borne by cardholder for any payment.
  • If you wish to extend access to an e-learning program by a month, please write to us at support@vivantait.com and we will be happy to extend the program for a maximum period of one month. For extension beyond a month, you would need to pay 50% of the course price extra.
  • Note: All refunds will be processed within 20 working days of receipt of the refund request.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS: SELF PACED LEARNING
  • No refund will be done for Self Paced courses.
  • No refund will be provided and access will be revoked , If anytime found course is been shared with others / multiple users or intention of course purchase is to copy the material/ Content and account will be blocked at the same time.

Cancellations prior to the course

In case you’re unable to attend the course and want a refund prior to the course commencement date, we will refund the full amount to you.

Withdrawals during the workshop

If you don’t see the tremendous value you expected in our product, and you wish to withdraw within the first two hours, we will proceed with a 100% refund – no questions asked.

However, once you have attended more than two hours of the workshop, you will not be eligible for any refund.

Transfers to another batch

You are free to change your batch at any point of time before the commencement of the workshop, at no extra charge.

If for any reason you are unable to continue or complete the workshop, we would be happy to accommodate you in a different batch of the same course, at no additional cost.

Transaction fee charges would not be refunded/ reversed under any circumstances for any refund/ reversal /chargeback and any other reasons

NOTE:

  • All cancellation, rescheduling and substitution requests must be notified to us by email at support@vivantait.com.
  • All refunds will be credited back to your account within 30 business days of the refund request as for Cancellations and Refund policy
  • Refunds or credits for rescheduling the training cannot be issued for non-attendance.
  • Vivanta IT Labs may modify its refund policy at any time without notice, provided however that the refund policy in effect at the time of any transaction shall apply to such purchase despite any subsequent change in such policy.
  • If you do not notify in writing about your cancellation or reschedule, or do not attend the training, you would not be offered a refund, nor the option to reschedule.

Cancellations or rescheduling by Vivanta IT Labs

  • Vivanta IT Labs reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course at any time, including but not limited to, insufficient registrations, trainer unavailability, or if the trainer could not attend due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Vivanta IT Labs is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages that may be incurred due to a cancellation of a scheduled class.
  • You will not be charged for the training and will be offered full credit to a future workshop or full refund as per your preference.
